style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u63a2\u8a0e\u5317\u534a\u7403\u6625\u5b63\u6642\u5442\u5b8b\u5cf6\u8207\u9644\u8fd1\u6d77\u57df\u65e5\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u6642\u7a7a\u8b8a\u5316\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u8457\u91cd\u5728\u77ad\u89e3\u5927\u5c3a\u5ea6\u548c\u5340\u57df\u74b0\u6d41\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u5c0d\u65e5\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u5206\u6790\u4e862001~2019\u5e74\u6625\u5b63\uff083\u6708\u81f35\u6708\uff09TRMM\u8207IMERG\u7684\u885b\u661f\u964d\u96e8\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u65e5\u964d\u96e8\u6709\u660e\u986f\u7684\u5f80\u6771\u50b3\u64ad\u8a0a\u865f\uff0c\u9019\u73fe\u8c61\u8207\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u590f\u5b63\u5442\u5b8b\u5cf6\u65e5\u964d\u96e8\u5f80\u897f\u50b3\u64ad\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u76f8\u53cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u6790\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u6625\u5b63\u5442\u5b8b\u5cf6\u65e5\u964d\u96e8\u5f80\u6771\u50b3\u64ad\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6a5f\u5236\u70ba\u5730\u5f62\u8207\u591a\u91cd\u5c3a\u5ea6\u74b0\u6d41\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u6240\u5c0e\u81f4\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u52d5\u529b\u6a5f\u5236\u5305\u542b:\u5c71\u8c37\u98a8\u3001\u5cf6\u5dbc\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u9678\u6d77\u98a8\u8207\u5927\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u9678\u6d77\u98a8(\u4f8b\u5982:\u5927\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u74b0\u6d41\u5834\u548c\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u4e0a\u5c64\u7684\u76db\u884c\u98a8\u5834)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u51f8\u986f\u51fa\uff0c\u591a\u91cd\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u74b0\u6d41\u8b8a\u5316\u5c0d\u6771\u4e9e-\u897f\u5317\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5730\u5340\u6625\u5b63\u65e5\u964d\u96e8\u626e\u6f14\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
