\u4f5c\u8005\uff1a\u5468\u6606\u70ab\u6559\u6388, \u6797\u66f8\u6b63\u535a\u58eb<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u7814\u7a76(Lin and Chou\uff0c2020)\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528\u5730\u57fa\u7684\u5168\u7403\u9583\u96fb\u8cc7\u6599(WWLLN\uff0cThe World Wide Lightning Location Network)\u9032\u884c\u897f\u5317\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u98b1\u98a8\u7d50\u69cb\u53ca\u98b1\u98a8\u5f37\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u9078\u53d62005-2017\u5e74\u517113\u5e74\u671f\u9593\u7684\u98b1\u98a8\u8fd1\u4e2d\u5fc35\u500d\u6700\u5927\u98a8\u901f\u534a\u5f91(RMW\uff0cradius of maximum wind)\u5167\u8cc7\u6599\u9032\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u53e6\u4f7f\u7528JTWC\u98b1\u98a8\u6700\u4f73\u8def\u5f91\u8cc7\u6599\u53caSHIPS\u8cc7\u6599\u9032\u884c\u98b1\u98a8\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u98a8\u5207\u5f37\u5ea6\u5206\u985e\u53ca\u98b1\u98a8\u5468\u906d\u74b0\u5883\u56e0\u5b50\u6aa2\u9a57\u3002\u5728\u8d85\u904e50\u842c\u7b46\u98b1\u98a8\u5468\u570d\u9583\u96fb\u6578\u64da\u7684\u5206\u6790\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u4e0a\uff0c\u74b0\u5883\u98a8\u5207\u6703\u4e3b\u5bb0\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u4e0d\u5c0d\u7a31\u6027\uff0c\u5167\u6838\u9583\u96fb\u662f\u597d\u767c\u5728\u4e0b\u98a8\u5207\u5de6\u5074\uff0c\u800c\u5916\u570d\u5247\u662f\u5728\u4e0b\u98a8\u5207\u53f3\u5074\u3002\u6b64\u5916\u98b1\u98a8\u81ea\u8eab\u5f37\u5ea6\u53ca\u74b0\u5883\u98a8\u5207\u5f37\u5ea6\u4e5f\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u5206\u5e03\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u98b1\u98a8\u5f37\u5ea6\u8d8a\u5f37\u6216\u98a8\u5207\u8d8a\u5f31\u5247\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u8d8a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u5167\u6838\uff0c\u800c\u98b1\u98a8\u5f37\u5ea6\u8d8a\u5f31\u6216\u98a8\u5207\u8d8a\u5f37\uff0c\u5247\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u8d8a\u5f80\u4e0b\u98a8\u5207\u8655\u504f\u96e2\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u5c0d\u65bc\u98b1\u98a8\u5f37\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u4e0a\uff0c\u5408\u6210\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u7576\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u8d8a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728RMW\u5167\u4e14\u8d8a\u5c0d\u7a31\u5206\u5e03\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u5247\u98b1\u98a8\u5728\u672a\u4f866\u5c0f\u6642\u6703\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u73fe\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u5f37\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u6790\u7576\u9583\u96fb\u5206\u5e03\u5448\u73fe\u8d8a\u5c0d\u7a31\u4e14\u5167\u6838\u96c6\u4e2d\u6642\u7684SHIPS\u74b0\u5883\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u73fe\u8f03\u5f37\u7684\u9ad8\u5c64\u8f3b\u6563\u3001\u8f03\u6696\u7684\u6d77\u6eab\u3001\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u98b1\u98a8\u6f5b\u5728\u5f37\u5ea6\u8ddf\u8f03\u5f31\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u98a8\u5207\u662f\u6709\u5229\u89f8\u767c\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n
